Biography Reference Bank
Articles about more than a half-million people, most in full text, from around the world, both living and dead.
Consumer Health Complete
Consumer Health includes up-to-date medical and health information on many topics, from alternative medicine to daily health care. There are articles, videos, images, current events, and fact sheets.
Explora for Grades 9-12
Explora has articles from over 6,000 different magazines, newspapers, biographies, and primary sources. Articles can be translated into more than 30 languages.
Ohio Means Jobs K-12
Brush up on your skills in math, social studies, language arts, and science by viewing tutorials in this database. Or take some practice tests for your AP class and ACT or SAT. You are not required to log in but it is strongly recommended that you sign into your OhioMeansJobs, K12 backpack to save your work.
Points of View
Articles supporting pro and con sides of current issues. This database helps you develop arguments to support your position.
Science Reference Center
Covering science and math topics, this database has articles, videos, diagrams, pictures, experiments, and biographies.
World Book Advanced
The famous World Book Encyclopedia for the high school students. There are other levels available: World Book Kids (K-5), World Book Student (6-8) and World Book Academic (College).
